How do I know if my order is successful?
There are 3 simple steps in checking the success in Order Creation.
  1. You can login to your account and select your Order History to check your most recent orders.
  2. An email notification will be sent out to your registered email address once order has been successfully made.
  3. You can call us at our hotline or send us a message via our site chat to see if order made it through.
What is Cash On Delivery?

Cash on Delivery or COD is a payment method offered by Galleon Enterprises that gives you the opportunity to pay for the item/s you have ordered only when it gets delivered. A few areas in the Philippines are not covered by COD transactions due to geographical restrictions. We highly recommend that the exact change is prepared for your convenience as our delivery agents may not have that much change on hand.

Where can I request a Sales Invoice?

For all items sold, the Sales invoice should be included in the package upon delivery. If for some reason our merchants have not included the Invoice, please contact us within 15 days upon receipt of the order so we can escalate issue to Merchant.

A scanned copy of the Sales Invoice will be sent to you 3 to 5 business days from the date of request.
